Since 1997, KZ Pharmaceuticals has served the Bahamas for over two decades providing professional pharmacy care to the local Nassau community with the best affordable and innovative medications options. We began with only one community/retail location and 2 employees; since opening, KZ Pharmaceuticals has grown to over 7 locations with more 25 full-time employees.
Our pharmacy stores are strategically spread all over the island to better serve our loyal customers, tourists, and new patients. Each location offers a variety of market goods such as grocery, personal care, and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products. We even offer a diverse selection of unique African products such as African black soap, African shea butter body lotion/cream, African hair products, Ghanaian food, and other African snack foods.
KZ Pharmaceuticals is currently owned and operated by partners: Lawrence and Shantia; the company has future plans to continue business through Lamaris Investment Co. Ltd. which will offer, Capital Investments.

Lawrence Zogli has been in pharmacy for 33 years. Lawrence started his career in 1996 at McCartney’s Pharmacy and Pharmcare after receiving a Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Camaguey Cuba. After only a year, Lawrence joined Supermart Pharmacy in 1997, after two years, Lawrence acquired Supermart Pharmacy. Later he founded KZ Pharmaceuticals in 2001, and briefly served as Head Pharmacist Lucayan Medical Center in Freeport, Bahamas. Shortly after, KZ Pharmaceuticals opened Hibiscus Pharmacy in 2004, where Lawrence met Mrs. Shantia Hield. Lawrence and his partner quickly expanded the Hibiscus Pharmacy chain to three locations between 2004-2010. In 2011, KZ Pharmaceuticals opened the first location for One-on-One Pharmacy in 2013. Afterward, from 2014 – 2016, the partners acquired iPharmacy and it’s two locations. In 2017, the partner opened their second Supermart Pharmacy on Prince Charles Drive, and later in 2018 they opened both the third Supermart Pharmacy location on Market Street, followed by their second One-on-One pharmacy location on Charles Sanders highway.
Shantia studied Biology and Chemistry the University of Bahamas; and attended the School of Pharmacy at the University of Technology in Jamaica. Shantia has been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. She opened her first pharmacy in 2004 called, Hibiscus Pharmacy. Later, she joined KZ Pharmaceuticals in 2012, where she later became a partner of the organization 2013. Shantia has earned prestigious accolades throughout of her career such as Caribbean Community Pharmacist of Distinction Award. Currently she serves as President of the Bahamas Pharmaceutical Association.
